Sugar Minott has been singing positive roots music for the past three decades and his sweet voice has often spoken for the sufferer. With this in mind, we thought that he would be the perfect choice to sing "Born In The Ghetto." We met up with him at Bullwackie's studio in Queens, and after hearing the song for the first time, Sugar quickly agreed that this was the tune for him. A few days later, when the song was recorded, we knew we were witnessing something special the moment Sugar touchedthe mic.
