Easy Star had a nice surprise last week when we got a fax from Clare Torry. For those of you who are familiar with Dark Side of the Moon, you will remember Torry for her haunting performance on Great Gig in the Sky. Here is what she had to say about our take on the Pink Floyd Classic.

"Congratulation to all of you who worked on Dub Side of the Moon!! I think your version has given the original album a whole new lease of life.
I have to admit that I do have a somewhat vested interest in the record having sung Great Gig on the session at Abbey Road on January 21st, 1973. God! I wish you had called me to sing on your version!!!! It is terrific...please tell Kirsty Rock she is GREAT.."
