AMPLIFY LISTENING PARTY IN LA

There will be a special listening party for AMPLIFY at the hip LA weekly dance party Afro-Funke. This will be at Zanzibar in Santa Monica on October 2. AMPLIFY will be played in full between 9 and 10 PM, while there will be cd and door prize give aways throughout the night. The DJs will also spin some b-sides from AMPLIFY later in the night. John Brown’s Body will be in town, as they have two shows in the LA area the following two nights, so they will be stopping through and should be accessible for meeting with fans. DJ Rhettmatic will be the guest DJ, along with the regular spinner Jeremy Sole. African reggae artist Rocky Dawuni hosts as usual. This should be a fun event and a good chance to celebrate the new release, so come on out to support.
